Racist voter suppression': Texas Republican laws trying to keep Tejanos from the ballot box. This is not stopping the people. Even with this pandemic going on. La Raza is persevering and still waiting in line to cast a vote.
Texas is becoming younger and more Mexican. It is not outlandish to imagine that Republicans would try to keep turnout low
Greg Abbott, the Republican governor of Texas, ordered counties to close extra drop-off sites for absentee votes until they have only one each. The move means that the 4.7 million residents of Harris County, which surrounds Houston, will all have to converge on the same drop-box if they wish to cast an absentee vote in person.

So Democrats complaint that people couldn't vote unless mail in ballots were sent to everyone was a lie

Not at all. Democrats are just exposing the right and their attempts to suppress votes.

How can it be right if people are still voting?
The only thing Conservatives are doing is ensuring that for 1 person is 1 vote.
Democrats could care less if someone votes legally or illegally, as their parent, grandparent, spouse, or neighbor, as long as it is a vote for Democrats.

I am dropping off my ballot in a drop box. Plenty of legal ways to vote.

Many ways are already showing how easy it is for illegal votes or ballots being changed or tossed. Best way is in person. Voting is important so a voting in person inconvenience should not be a problem. And if you check the record alot of this years problems are with democrats . . . Philly, Atlanta, Houston, California to mention just a few. My first absentee ballot in the military was returned to me opened and marked undeliverable in the pre addressed official mailer to my heavily democrat county. Oh I had voted mostly republican that time. Not saying the problem is on one side only but why take the chance with something so important.

I live in Boerne, north of San Antonio, and I don.t think anyone is trying to keep Tejanos from voting. I and many of my neighbors are big supporters of Tony Gonzalez for Congress and Javier Salazar for Sheriff. Our best friends are a Caucasian Texas Ranger and his wife, a Hispanic realtor; we had dinner with them last night. Too bad you’ve gotten that impression of SA residents. This has been my home for over 70 years and I wouldn’t have stayed around this long if I had seen that.

I was born and raised in San antonio. I lived there until I joined the military. This was posted on Facebook by my aunt who is Mexican. Its not the only post from my friends back home either. So the impression is from sa residents and not just an outside opinion by me.

Bexar County is about 80% Hispanic. Why would so many Tejanos choose to live here, if the social environment was so hostile to them?
