GOP rift widens amid growing hostility to Afghan refugees
(As one of my LinkedIn bud says, "The hypocrisy of many GOP members is never-ending. While they complained that President Biden did not evacuate our Afghan allies, they now say that America should not welcome those Afghan allies who are finally being evacuated. NIMBY has always been their watchword. (NIMBY = Not In My Back Yard)."

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - When did any federal administration do anything quickly?
I do not mind the criticisms. Biden screwed up. But now he is trying to rectify the mistake, with no help from the right.

I am not worried!
The mid-terms are not far away and this complicated failure now puts this 2021 Digital Dunkirk of Biden will give the moderate Democrats and independent voters the reason to vote Republican. They made the difference in last election and they'll make a difference again and the Democrats just handed the Republicans a victory. Maybe I'm mistaken but we will know in the first week of November of 2022. I am sure there is a lot of buyer's remorse for voting Democrat. This is no longer the Democratic Party I knew in 1996.

My hope is that Republicans really use this as the way to win over voters leading into next year's election cycle. There are lots of politicians who NEED to get voted out of their respective offices.
