Good Morning SGT (Join to see)...and yes, there are hundreds of situations like this that have saved victims lives!!! I have a firearm, albeit, locked in a small safe, for safety reasons, but it is there if I ever need it! I have a Massachusetts License to Carry and I have taken several additional courses on various active shooter situations, taught by a Police SWAT team expert!
I probably don't shoot at the range as much as I need to , but I know how to use that S&W, M&P Shield firearm!!!

I have the S&S MP 9. Great gun. My Wife has the body guard 380 I have biker/trucker style wallet that 380 will fit in my wallet with all the other stuff in it.

My firearms are only in a safe when I leave the house. We're the original 'Constitutional Carry' State (the one to your North), so we don't require any special permission from bureaucrats to exercise our God-given rights.
