Great article looking at what would be the best force and fit of an Infantry BN. UK focused - but think all will enjoy it and its great points. This same discussion carries over to FID/UW forces.. and into so many other areas as well.

The success of the Roman army was attributed to any soldier could be sent to a new unit and immediately take up their position.

I enjoyed reading it. It is a good thinking article - when looking at working to establish a Infantry BN that better serves the user than say a US System INF BN.
