Danger!! Pork Belly Pic. May cause instant hunger.

I was up at 0500 to start my pork belly.

I've got one in the fridge that will marinate for the next 4 days then airfare for another 10.

I have some pork belly marinating to cook on the grill tomorrow and the one in the picture that was seasoned up and thrown into the oven. I just got it out 30 minutes ago and it tastes out of this world. Got a real nice tasty crust. I did find one fault and that is it could use a little more salt to my taste. It may be fine for others but a little more salt for my taste is needed. All in all I would call this pork belly a success.
