This is going to die a quick death and the New York state supreme court. It's also going to die in the court of appeals and it's also going to die if it even goes as high as the Supreme Court because there was no victim and we have all kinds of comparable properties that are a lot smaller and worth a lot more. So wishful thinking for all you zombie Angry Democrats.

Watch why didn't get a lawsuit against the state of New York and win millions of dollars because of the selective and frivolous prosecution that wasn't done until he declared his candidacy.
