GOD TO THE RESCUE
When things are hard, it is natural to bow our heads and pray to God. When a loved one is sick, when a marriage is having issues, when a job feels overwhelming, we can find relief and help from God who knows everything, sees everything, and can do everything.

“He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing.” (Deuteronomy 10:18)

But when the family returns healthy, the marriage bounces back, we get a promotion at work, and life appears to be going good; you can feel like you finally have things under control. You don’t need help anymore. You are supported by the relationships in your life, and you can relax and go through your life on cruise control.

This is the time to be careful! When times are good, do not forget God and disobey His commands, instructions, and decrees.

“I will praise You, For You have answered me, And have become my salvation.” (Psalm 118:21)

When your heart is full of thankfulness, it is then that you want to give back to God who gave everything for you.

What is the hardest time in your life, and how did God rescue you?
Do you need Prayer? We are here to pray with you.
“Heavenly Father, You are the God of justice, I will praise You, for you have answered me, And have become my salvation. With a heart of thankfulness, I will praise You. I will serve You and share the Love You have instilled in me with the ones I meet each day. You have rescued me time and time again, and will rescue me in times to come, as I walk this life. I know the true place of peace is in Your presence and in being aware of Your presence in every moment will produce peace and contentment. Thank You, Father. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
