How would you react if a military member has no interest in becoming a US Citizen?

I've led all sorts - Brits, Aussies, and Latinos from all over -- their interest in citizenship had no bearing on the job if they were doing the job. That said, if they were interested, I would assist where I could...

Put them out and send them back to where they come.

I wouldn't put trust in someone that has no skin in the game. Anything else is mercenary work.

So you want to send a legal resident away for not wanting to be a citizen but they did more than most citizens do? You have to be a legal resident to serve at the least.

No reaction. It is still his or her call. Treatment is the same for everyone. "...with liberty and justice for all"

That is incorrect, the constitution of the United States applies to both US Citizens and non-US citizens in US territory. Non-citizens have many constitutional rights. Do take a look at the 14th Amendment. Granted, some rights are reserved for US citizens like the right to vote.
As for my original posting, I'm the one who pledged allegiance which includes Liberty and Justice for all (black, white, brown, Christian, Muslim, tall, short, citizen, non-citizen... and the list goes on). I'll say it again, Liberty and Justice for all. That was my pledge as an American.
By the way, there are non-citizens at school who recite the Pledge of Allegiance. It applies to them if they choose to.

I disagree, that's like saying illegal aliens in this country have rights. Even legal Aliens can be sent back to their home nation for minor infractions and without due process. I learned that when I brought my wife over from Peru.

SSG Jeffrey Monk - You can disagree all you want. The fact remains that the US constitution applies to citizens and non-citizens in US soil.
How the law is applied is a different issue. That is a separate issue.
Illegal Aliens? that is your comment not mine.
I do invite you to start a brand new line of question on RP to discuss this.

I guess it comes down to which parts of the constitution. Just as some laws are enforced while others are not.
