People assume that just because you are rapper doesn't mean you can't think conservative. This rapper also has a 4 year degree.

Raw numbers - More White people get food stamps. True. There are 15.5 million White individuals on food stamps and 10.9 million Black individuals.
Compared to the US Population: White people get food stamps at 1/3rd the rate that Black people do. True. 7.86% of the White population in the US receive food stamps and 23.9% of the Black population in the US receive food stamps.
So what's the point you're trying to make? It doesn't seem to have any relevance to the topic.
