I'm not following that link, so just off the headlines: Yes and No
California has some beyond messed up laws that reach even beyond this insanity. IMO California needs to be reigned in or allowed to go with the Calexit dummies. The rest of the country is more what I am concerned with. Big Brother is getting bigger because big citizen is complacent. We can still change directions with our votes though.

Most of these laws/regulations are passed by elected officials. When was the last time you (collective you) voted one of them out for representating you in those stated issues. We reap what we sow.
