I see this in clients. If you allow yourself to get stuck in a negative rut, the stress hormones will begin to eat away at your brain. Find something to be positive about, to celebrate or enjoy every day! It's good for your heart and your brain.

Logic would dictate exactly that Lt Col Charlie Brown... and we can see it in those who are deeply depressed! It cannot be hidden. Negative people seem to breed negative friends as they gravitate to one another... If but one strong positive thought is accepted by the Brain then the depression is eased somewhat... It is so important for those who think and act positive to be those who ease the burden of depression... I see that every day in our RP discussions and I have seen and heard those who are depressed and are seeking solutions to get out of their state of mind who have been involved in wellness discussions in Warriors for Life... Being a positive person helps others even when they do not realize it...

Lt Col Charlie Brown Thanx for the info ma'am. I try to keep a positive outlook each day. I start by making a concerted effort to ALWAYS respond in the affirmative when someone asks "how are you?". I typically say some thing like" "hey, the sun always shines I coolville!" or "if I were any better I would have to be twins!".
