I like it. I think It will stand, as far as WI want's to appeal it. U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez (D. Minn.) Did a really good job of sifting through the chaff. The age of "Majority" in this country is 18, unless previous mental health adjudication determines otherwise on case by case basis.

Considering the large number of family member wives and children that spend months alone, they should be allowed to purchase handguns and not just long-guns. Even before this most recent restriction, it was illegal for anyone to purchase (possess?) handguns under 21 y/o.
