My friend Steve is from England and an Internationally known Comedic Juggler. He did a gig over in Munich for three months during the Winter Season. In this ginormous circus tent thing. So I sent him pictures of our Snowmageddon event - and he sent me this short email in reply. And I loved it!

"Love it Kevin ,
That’s proper snow you’ve got there , the first time I ever did a winter dinner show in Munich I had to go and buy a broom ,a scraper and a shovel just to dig the car out every day .
And someone had to go out regularly to get the snow off the top of the tent before it got too heavy and caved in the roof .

After every show there was always this really strange noise coming from outside the tent and I couldn’t work out what it was ,
Then I realised it was the sound of 400 people scraping thick ice off their car windows at the same time .
It’s quite cold in the Uk now but no snow , just rain , rain and more rain and as the joke goes in the Uk there’ll still be a hosepipe ban in the summer

What's a hosepipe, Brother Kevin? I'm sure that was the punchline. This picture of the street scene reminds me of one of the reasons why I don't live where it snows.

I had to laugh at how astute you are Brother Ed...I didn't know either. LOL I wrote him back an asked. It is a garden hose! And the punchline is that even with record rains, the Government will ban watering your garden. And everyone in Britain as a garden...and a hosepipe !

PO3 Edward Riddle - me either! But I do know biscuits are cookies in America, and "knock me up" means to "call me"...and well, we don't think it means that here. LOL
