I find his accusations offensive. I believe he should be busted down to an E-1 and have to work his way back up. Maybe then he will appreciate his brothers and sisters in arms. MHO

You'd never get a good NCOER (or equivalent) from a guy with an attitude like that no matter how good you are. He can't see it. He needs to go back to Mommy and Daddy.
