How about UCMJ proceedings, fair trial and then punishment as ordered by the court IF HE IS FOUND GUILTY?

He was a busy boy. Of course Sex is Involved. 3 Hooks for traitors, Money, Politics (Very Rare), and Sex (What the Russians call Swallows). Sex was the Hook for Clayton Lonetree, Pretty Secretary in the Embassy Typing Pool.
