I agree this is great news who's AR collection is set up for one lower to several deafferent caliber uppers.

But, it only goes so far and does not address the other areas of over reach like:
o AFL segregations where an AFL gun dealer can not hold a gun smith AFL license at the same time and same location which basically destroys every mon-pop gun dealer/smith I know, or,
o that spare parts can not be manufactured by an AFL Gunsmith without a manufacturing AFL which makes repairing and refurbishing older fire arms next to impossible, or,
o said spare parts have to have serial numbers and thus creating a whole paperwork nightmare of all gun manufacturers.

To me these are the most egregious of the ATF's latest over reach next to trying to change the definition of a SN required firearm. With everything else the gun control crowd are doing, they are trying to tie the 2A community in legal knots...death by a thousand cuts hopping to bleed us out. But we have to fight back and find ways to make this painful for them.
