A photographer has successfully flown a drone just above an erupting volcano near Iceland's capital city of Reykjavik. The eruption occurred at Fagradalsfjall, a mountain on the Reykjanes Peninsula, around 19 miles (30km) southwest of the capital on Friday.

Wow! It is said by authorities that this volcano eruption is small, but it has been dormant for 6,000 years... Sounds like there's is potential for a rupture in the lava dome that could rupture... Not sure I'd want to be anywhere near there...
