People were amazed by "moving pictures". The creativity to tell a story without words was pretty incredible.

Lt Col Charlie Brown I was really young, but I remember the music signaled the "funny laugh parts". I enjoyed the Charlie Chapman show replays in the 1970s.

It is hard to understand what a Star Chaplain was. World leaders wanted to meet him, fans adored him, and because he didn't talk, his movies were popular all around the world.

What a goofball Sister Phyllis. It's mind-boggling the progression of the film industry to what it is nowadays, with AI and all, from these simple non-talking creations.

PO3 Edward Riddle with all of the technological advances, the skill, talent, and professionalism has taken a nose dive. I love old movies, because the talent is very noticeable. The new stuff is flashy clothing, jewelry, cars, guns, and lightening.

PO3 Edward Riddle I have in my possession about 100 old westerns and I have quite a few of John Wayne's movies. In addition, Nelson Dundass, his stunt shooter signed a photo of himself and John Wayne.
