Once again truth succumbs to political and ideological narratives. Of course, BLM praised Cuba and damned US. Did anyone expect anything else? And of course, the usual suspects responded as expected. Does anyone remember the adage "Dog bites man" is not news?

We had a jerk in our Company at Ft. Rucker. We were allowed to live off base, but it had to be approved by the Captain, and you had to have a valid phone number. Well, he thought that he was too smart to get caught. and he told everyone, "I'll kill anyone ho rats me out!. His room mates were pissed that he would rush in on Monday mornings just in time to unlock his lockers for inspection. I told them to go find three more people.
We lifted the locker, turned it 360 degrees in the vertical plane. We sat it back exactly where it had been, and wiped it down.
Monday morning, he has a huge smile as he opens the door, and things spill out on the floor. He turned red. The Captain shook his head, "You're living off base!" The first Sargent gave him a very evil grin! So, rather than taking two minutes to do it right, he personally told the Captain that he couldn't be trusted.
HE pissed off an Engineer and HE paid for it! :)
