Greetings RPer. I made a deep dive this morning, Friday, December 12, 2025 from 1:30 am EST to almost 4:00 am EST. I hope this troubleshooting that worked for me will work for someone. Now, I worked on my smartphone, but if you know how to navigate your computer the same thing can be accomplished. Many of us are now having problems uploading pictures. Four years ago this was not an issue, for me. My background is Computer Information Systems majoring Computer Programming. This is the problem affecting my smartphone. Somehow, the new version of the app is associated with the actual website. Whenever, I clear my Google Chrome of "browsing data and the cache cookies", this logs out my app. This did not happen with the old version of the app. The app is suppose to be separate from a website or at least my apps associated with Lowe's, Walmart, Target, etc., are not affected by clearing the browser. Now, for some reason when I clean the individual app caches, the Google Drive cache, the Google Chrome cache, the Email cache, RallyPoint could then upload pictures. But the upload function with the other apps were never affected.

CACHE is this big virtual space that holds temporary memory for all of your uses of your technology (smartphone, computer, iPad, all devices). If you are having upload failure, trying cleaning all of your caches on the device you use. I can now upload the photo share links LTC Stephen Conway posted.

When My Middle Daughter, Diane Was In Senior High
And Studying At The Dinning Room Table, She Called Out For Me
To Help Her With A Question "Dad, Did YOU Have As Much Of A Problem
With Computer Programming As I Am"?-- And Was Dumbfounded To Discover We Didn't Have
Personal Computers "Back Then", Followed By: "Then How'd You Do You Homework Without One"?
-- Absolutely Amazed -- We OLD SOB's Actually Used Books "Back Then"!

My nieces twin daughters were about 10 and they wanted hot dogs, but as they got ready to put them in the microwave, the microwave went out. And they told their mom they were going to starve. My niece boiled a pot of water and cooked the hot dogs, they were amazed.

PO3 Phyllis Maynard Way over my head! I barely use my cell phone. My weekly report shows that I use it on average less than seven minutes a day. Most of that is checking the weather!

A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney you can still do the same thing on your computer. It keeps your memory cleared up and prevents slow speed.

AND With Good Reason: "Do You Have ANY Idea What The Price Is For Just ONE Can Of SPAM? -- Well, It Ain't Cheap In Hawaii !!
--
PS: Off Subject But Hilarious, DELTA AIRWAYS Advertised A "Special Low Ticket Cost For A Non-Stop Flight From Los Angles To The Main Island Of Hawaii" -- It Was Supposedly Inadvertently Advertised Somewhere Around The Mid-1990's .

Thank goodness! I used to be interested in computers but they kept changing so often it was hard to keep up. It's really great you share your knowledge.

DOUG - Has No One Explained To You The Difference Between A Military Person Starting A Conversation Vs. A Civilian?-- A Civilian Starts With: "You May Find This Interesting Too"
Whereas A Person With Military Service Experience Starts With: "Hey Guys, Get Over Here, I Got Something Ta Tell Ya, AND You Ain't Gonna Believe THIS Bull Sh*t" !
