A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney - Yep, that could be. I know of one case where the baby was yanked out (in the old days) from Frank's Breach Birth...and his hip got twisted. And sometimes you see those babies that were yanked out with a forceps and they have that weird groove in their heads. But they are gettin better!
