The road to inner peace is one that is worth walking. It isn't the same for everyone but, one of the pieces that is consistent is the need to take responsibility for your own emotions. Until you do that, inner peace will be an elusive goal. Who is it that "pushes your buttons" and what can you do to stop reacting to it? One small step at a time.

Understanding what makes you tick either (happy or sad) is the starting point. Self-Realization is a key to better inner peace and tranquillity in your day-to-day activities. Some find it through medication, some by taking a long nature walk, others by reading a book in a quiet place. Find your on and off button today. Great thoughts Charlie as always.
