Perseverance delivers new Mars surface pics, including rocks in wheel!

This is Sol #2 for the Perseverance Rover and it is just beginning to come into its own as part of a boot up series of tests to make sure it is operating as intended... Remember it takes about 40 minutes for a signal from Earth to get to Perseverance and back to mission control...and that time period does vary based on where Earth and Mars are at in their orbit around the Sun...
This is a short video and Perseverance's cameras are scanning close to the rover down at the terra firma around its wheels to see what might be in the way, before moving away from its landing site...
There will be much more to follow as time progresses... Stay tuned!
