Do you think one was treated more fairly or disparaged then the other and finally, who do you believe the most?

I am sure I will have things thrown at me, but I believe Christine Ford was treated very respectfully by the Republicans. I think she was betrayed by the Democrats, but that is another story. Judge now Justice Kavanaugh was not treated nearly as respectfully. I am glad he stepped up to defend himself. That is MY OPINION. This was a very unpleasant situation all around.

Treated far better by the Republicans than she deserved, the Democrats used her and dumped her when their attack failed. Now the loony left is in full melt down mode

I firmly believe that the majority of the Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats (SJC Dems) disgraced themselves. If I saw them on a rural road with two flat tires, I would give them a ride, on the condition that they not utter a word; not even "Thanks for the Ride."

The SJC Dem's political machinations were clumsily employed with absolutely ZERO regard for collateral damage. In order of what I will never forgive them for:
_The present and future trauma to the two Kavanaugh daughters
_The shame they brought on the Senate as a deliberative body
_The total disregard of the foundations of our legal system (Presumption of Innocence, Rules of Evidence - admission of hearsay, the standards of guilt -Beyond a reasonable doubt and by the preponderance of the evidence vis a vis guilt by unsubstantiated and uncorroborated allegation, and due process)
_Sitting on serious allegation for two months. Intended or not it was a serious lack of judgment that magnified the circus like atmosphere and created an unnecessary sense of urgency
_Creating an atmosphere in which good people will never consider elected or appointed government service.
_The absolutely asinine logic that they represented their constituents by not participating.
_Giving Senator Lindsey Graham the opportunity to make a speech that made me like him.

Both Dr. Ford and Justice Kavanaugh got screwed, hopefully this shows the electorate how morally bankrupt the Democrat elite are. Just walk away, yay!

I don't know if Dr. Ford is telling the truth or not. I am inclined to disbelieve her either because she has misidentified her attacker or she is lying. Why would she lie? Well...
_she'll be a folk hero to the "never Trumpers, the liberal/progressive/Democrats and #MeToo subsets of Americans.
_there are probably book deals, movie deals, talk show appearances. I'll bet she is paid seven figures in the first two years, not counting the $700,000 in her GoFundMe accounts.

I believe that if she is sincere, she will file charges against justice Kavanaugh in Maryland, which has not statute of limitations for sexual assault, in which case I believe a very thorough investigation should be conducted. If he is convicted or the charges can rise even to the standard of the preponderance of the evidence he should be impeached. If he is not convicted, and any sign of deliberate and intentional misleading or misinformation has been conducted on her part or on the part of those that facilitated her come to light, Justice Kavanaugh should sue the appropriate individuals in civil court and take everything they own but a change of socks.

Kavanaugh was accused of a crime, period. Therefore, the standard to justify the allegations is "beyond a reasonable doubt", NOT preponderance. It could have been more difficult to decide if there was "some" evidence. There was nothing. No one can say that she had therapist notes because she refused to let anyone see them. I for one don't believe her at all. I believe it was nearly all made up. Everything she stated turned out to be false. No time, date or location....... no case, period.
