So now Felony Class crimes are ok ? The children certainly deserve and should be protected while in school and that IS the teacher and administrative staffs members job to make sure along with leaning they are safe !

And yet another reason that there is a recall effort in both Loudon and Fairfax Counties for their school boards right now. I hope they both succeed.

According to the article, felonies must still be reported. Misdemeanors and civil offenses, however, must be covered up by the school according to the law in question.

Of course, now we are asking school teachers to ALSO be legal experts and decide for themselves whether something is a misdemeanor or a felony.

The article states that the Loudon County example most definitely should have been reported (and identifies that it *was* reported). The problem with the Loudon County case is that the school board then lied about it to the public - repeatedly - and then refused to let the father call them out on their lies and had him arrested for daring to speak the truth (although he DID do it in a rather confrontational manner). And that arrest also helped the school board dismiss his statents to the public to pass their proposal - again, based on lies - to further the progressive cause.
