Original Photo of Milkaway Galaxy

It's a composite of what they (scientists) thought it would look like... They still do not have a real photo because we are in it and can't see it like we can the Andromeda Galaxy and thousands (or millions, or trillions) of galaxies that we can see with a number of Space Telescopes... Other than that, Michael, I haven't a clue! LOL!!!

Sgt (Join to see) - It was the term 'photo' that I had to laugh at. 'Image' would make more sense. Like people that yack about 'filming' something with a digital camera. Film started to fade away 50 years ago, followed decades later by video tape. It's my years working in TV broadcast that makes me notice this. :)

So many Youtube channels use them. They may 'speak' but they don't handle pronunciation or acronyms very well. There is no concept of context, as well.

When you get to this level of imagery, it is beyond the current scope of the Photoshop application... There are, however, some great imagery applications available... Having said that, you certainly are on the right track, Jack...
