Very interesting article. A repeated disregard by Truth Aquatics for complying with the USCG requirement of providing a roving watch anytime a customer is occupying a bunk, I would say will be a key factor in the lawsuit.

I did several trips on this boat with customers from the dive shops where I worked.
Everyone is too tired and keyed up from a day of diving to think of that.Being a night owl
meant that I often stayed up much later to enjoy the night sky if nothing else.
