Maj Marty Hogan - thanks. I think we all find so much "encouragement" from our morning exchanges. Thank you for your daily shares. Good day to you.

Encouragement inspires people to be the best that they can, a job well done is better than noting getting done

Good R.E.D. Friday COL Mikel J. Burroughs It's really hot here in the DMV and we have a heat alert for the next three days from 7 AM until 9 PM. I think I will do all my training inside this weekend.
Encouragement is fertilizer to great performance. Stand just before the end of the fitness run test and cheer and see people who are exhausted somehow manage to pick up the pace. Encouragement bypasses our physical self and speaks right to our spirit. What can you do to encourage others today?
