I can't imagine what would motivate anyone to do something like this. But with all the psychologists embedded in the system you'd think one of them would come up with an answer.

OUR News Today... "ANOTHER Shooting"
At School & On Our Streets....It's Becoming A World Wide Problem,
And Nobody Seems To Know Why...
.BUT Here I Go AGAIN:
If Our Schools Taught Useful Programs, Which Could Actually Be Used,
Student Would Attend Schools & STAY There.....
#1.. Because It's Fun.....
#2..They Actually Can USE What They've Learned

And I'm Speaking From Experience. ~~ Here's The Kicker...
I FAILED The 9th Grade TWICE, While Attending School In Panama.
BUT, It Was So Much FUN, INTERESTING, & USEFUL,
I LOVED Going To School BOTH YEARS.....LOL
But They We SO Far Ahead Of Anything I'd Learned,
I Had NO Chance Of Ever Catching Up To Their Level And Graduating...
No Way In Hell...... And Most Of The Classes Were Taught In English...
Not Even Panama's Primary Language......Spanish.!
Getting A Good & USEFUL Education, MAY Help Reduce The Violence By Helping To Reduce The Frustrations While Increasing The Number Of Drop Outs Like Me...
The Enjoyment Of a GOOD Education, Adds To The Better Disposition Of The Students
