Running is bad. Really Really BAD for you. It is only ok to sprint, just as we were designed by nature to do. Anything beyond 1,760 yards is too much. In combat you don't need to go that far. We know this Sir.

I hate running it makes my stomach hurt and I have to breath hard. Each step is 4 times your body weight on the bones in your foot. 300 yard sprint is all a human should do.
Only idiots run for fun.
