SPC Hellana Haymond - I just looked up the Texas Commission Office and I don't see where they are in any way affiliated with the VA. The DAV, The American Legion, the VFW, and others are approved organizations to assist Veterans with claims.
Send me a message thru RP and give me your city/town where you live and I'll send you where the closest DAV Offices are for your area. Also, Let me know in general what you submitted your claim for. We can go from there. The DAV has over 100 years working with Veterans on their claims and more. Provide me your email address if you want to get quick responses outside of RallyPoint.
