"The Supreme Court Is Poised to Strike Down Race-Based Redistricting"
Doesn't matter which way SCOTUS rules, there are going to be angry people in LA. The 6th district, as shown on the map, is a glaring example of a "Finger" shooting out where it doesn't belong. It almost cuts the fourth district in two. the question is in the hands of the Justices now.
