The efforts Mark Meadows and others criminally charged alongside Donald Trump are going through to move their Georgia cases to federal court show a recent pattern in Republican attempts to undermine the states' rights, a legal analyst said Saturday.
The GOP has long been known for championing states' rights, but the Meadows' removal attempt is the second case in recent memory in which Republicans attempted to undermine that principle, MSNBC legal analyst Lisa Rubin said. The first, she said, is Moore v. Harper, which concerns the ability of state courts to enforce state constitutions and state laws in elections, according to reports.
"It struck me tonight that Meadows’s removal motions (and those of his co-defendants) is the second major conservative effort this year to ice out state courts from their role in election-related disputes. The first? Moore v. Harper, of course," Rubin wrote.

Only when it fits their narrative.

Notice is taking over two and a half years for them to bring charges but it only really went to loggerheads once they knew that President Trump was serious about running again. So this is a Hail Mary by the Democrats to destroy any chances and the RICO statue doesn't apply because organized crime statues like this were discussed for trying to laundry money, ship drugs and things like that and neither of them was happening so there's a RICO statute is going to be thrown out. The Democrats are going on Uncharted Territory with their legal Scholars arguing that they can make this fit a square peg and it won't.

Riddle Me this, batman? President Biden was a Senator when most of those files that were found in his home. Taking those files out of the secured classified information facility is considered a felony. A senator cannot leave with those documents unless he stuff them in his pants or unless someone helped sneak it out of that secure facility. Notice that President Biden has the Hillary Clinton Teflon treatment. Just think if this would have happened to a republican senator, he would already be in jail by now.
This is not deflection, this is just unequal Justice under the law that only goes after Republicans.

Classified Biden docs found in his Delaware garage next to Corvette
The jaw-dropping disclosure comes as the Justice Department reviews whether Biden mishandled classified information — a potential crime — after he left office as vice president in 2017.

Remember, it's not about the law and enforcing it equally. It's about interfering in a political candidate's run for an office the progressives want to keep.

LTC Trent Klug Democrats keep pushing the narrative that impeachment means guilty. Just because president Trump was impeached twice and failed twice doesn't mean he's guilty but The Narrative of the media and pundits use that narrative for those who don't know anything about the law. Republicans know that they can impeach President Biden no matter how guilty he is because the Senate doesn't have enough votes but just bringing it out in the open and the impeachment inquiry is going to be damaging and even the mainstream deep throat media is going to report on it because it has Bank records, it has documentation from whistleblowers that we all know about and a couple of them are former business partners of the Biden crime family. They can't make this up and say they are Russian assets.

LTC Stephen Conway It's all they have. By almost every measure, the Biden administration has been an abject failure. Every move made has given China an edge and lessened the United States. Release oil from the Stratgic Oil Reserves to lower gas prices? Oil is sold to China. Mandate electric cars and solar energy? Batteries and panels...made in China.
