Today makes 100 straight days I have walked 10,000 step per day. As some of you may recall, I had 222 days back in September when I had to have surgery and I lost my streak. It took me a couple weeks to get back to where I could do the 10,000 per day but I was back into it in a few weeks.

I did the math and that is like more than a hundred yards. Seriously though, that is one awesome achievement! Keep it up!

Cpl Vic Burk - Oh crap. Like you, I had to stop my walks ...I keep trying, but it turns out the Lung guy was right when he said it could be several months to recover. Any speed above "amble" and I am toast in minutes. And when I walked for fifteen minutes the other day...I came home and slept for five hours straight. Let's hope that other issue can be fixed without surgery or down time. I sacrificed a chicken for you, said a prayer, and melted a copper bracelet too...covering all the bases.
