Google says Damascus Syria, but I'm pretty sure it is Central Lake Michigan.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - I'm pretty sure a couple of guys, (aka the Antrim County Board of Experts) at the Central Lake Tavern were here when the first stone was stacked one upon another.

St. Augustine is the oldest city in North America. As for total world, I'd go with Damascus. Been in the Bible, history books, etc.
