Based on the rig and the time under canopy, this seems like a civilian jump.

I gave up years ago! I couldn't even do the thing Chairborne let alone without a floor beneath me. Some people can just do it all :-)

Is this legal I wouldn't think that the Army would condone this because of the safety issues. Mayby I'm wrong. My thoughts.
