After being mobilized for all 2024, what scroll number would I be on?

Awaiting assignment to scroll 2025. When I was mobilized all 2024 everyone got their promotion like in 2 months. Now that I back on on M-day status it seems like they are dragging. So much for return to office and actually do work.
Anyone knows what scroll number we are on? Packet was sent back in March 2025.

I'm not sure exactly what "Awaiting assignment to scroll" means, but taking it as it reads, you indicate that you're not assigned to an O-3 position yet.
As a traditional Army National Guard officer, your promotion is tied to your assigned duty position. Even though you meet the eligibility to be promoted, if you haven't been assigned to position for the next higher rank, you won't have a promotion packet sent forward, and no promotion packet means you won't be scrolled.
The process followed for the promotion of a T10 mobilized officer still largely follows the one normally followed by the state and NGB. Situationally there may be a few different rules, but for officers it still comes back to a true vacancy that the individual can be promoted against (the officer is still on the RASL and not the ADL).
Now, if "Awaiting assignment to scroll" was a misworded comment about waiting to scroll (you did indicate later that your packet was sent back in March), the it comes down to your packet slogging through the bureaucratic process.
For officer promotions below O-3, the SECDEF approves the appointment to the higher rank and that process SHOULD be completed in around three months, barring any issues discovered during the certification screenings or the DMPM Review Board. I emphasized 'should' because according to the latest information (from the end of FY24), it was averaging just shy of six months.
The good news is that due to recent changes in the law to went into effect at the beginning of last year, if your FEDREC takes more than 100 days, then the effective date of the promotion is adjusted to when the FEDREC packet was submitted to NGB by the state.

I was assigned to an O3 slot since March 2024. My packet was sent up to NGB March 2025. So a whole year later.

Description Awaiting assignment to scroll

Gotcha.
I'll throw out a few items about Unit Vacancy Promotions (UVP) which may or may not apply to your situation and timelines (BTW, if you REALLY have a desire to get into the minutia of the process, read through NGR 600-100* and DODI 1320.14*). This may explain why your packet was submitted to NGB a year after your assignment to a position of higher grade (don't forget to tack on some invisible time for bureaucratic process and the inevitable 'sitting in an inbox while the person is on leave' situations).
• An assignment to a position of the next higher grade is only one of the criteria to be processed for a UVP. There are many others such as the position being in a 'true vacancy' status, the individual meeting the TIG requirements for promotion, being MOS compatible with the position, physically/medically/educationally qualified, etc.
• Assuming that the individual is fully eligible for a UVP, the first step is that a packet is submitted through the state process. The process and requirements may slightly differ from state to state, but will eventually end up in front of some type of state vacancy board (California may have its own name for it).
• After the state process, the packet goes through the NGB Federal Recognition Board (FRB) and associated NGB processing (see NGR 600-100 for details of the FRB).
• After that, the packet goes through the DA process (this is the left side of the chart above - DMPM gets the packet from the FRB) and onwards to the OSD process.
Only you and your state can speak to when you were fully eligible for a UVP and if there were any delays in your packet submission (i.e., the difference between being assigned in March 2024 and having the packet submitted in March 2025).
I assume the status is from ARNG G1 site, so my best SWAG to the status of "Awaiting assignment to scroll" is that you have made it past the FRB and are somewhere between the left of the above chart and after the DMPM ORB.
Why? To my knowledge, the 'internal DMPM' stuff isn't reflected on the ARNG G1 status and DMPM will create the scrolled format for submission after the ORB is completed but before it is sent up through the DA leadership channels.

Your state's S1 (personnel office) may have a specific website or intranet page dedicated to tracking FEDREC status. You might need your CAC to access it. One Reddit user mentions logging into the state G1 portal (ArngG1.ngb.army.mil/SelfService/CareerCenter/Home.aspx)

I am not sure how it works now compared to when I got Promoted to O-3 just after coming back from Iraq in 2005. My packet was put in between title 32 Mob and a Title 10 MOB. I was in the IRR when I got my promotion getting into the USAR Civil Affairs Branch. They like Medical people like you if you get the runaround in the ARNG.
