Is anyone else having problems getting the ASK page to work? For some reason every time we try to use it here in Baumholder we (myself and my Soldiers) get an error message, stating that ASK is having difficulties retrieving Our SSNs from AKO.

Yep, haven't been able to get on ASK for over a month. I keep getting different errors from the website.

Yes, we all are having the same issue. I have called branch though and had no problem connecting with them via that route.

<p>Go see your Re-Up guy, typically at BN, he can look it up on EDAS for you. If he/she no longer has access, happened in my current unit, BDE can check. If it is relatively soon it will definitely be there.</p><p> </p>

I'm sure you received your answer by now, but if not, then go to your S1. Any S1 worth their salt has access to EDAS. In EDAS they can go to the PE screen, enter your SSN, go to page 7 and BAM! your report date will be listed right there.

I am having the same issue, it is on my ERB and on the PDL tab, I just got my levy packet completed so honestly don't care if ASK is up and running or not.

They have had a lot of system issues the last couple months. The last week or so it seems to have been working better.
