Can someone point me to a document that states where the money from a forfeiture of pay due to UCMJ goes?

SPC Angela Burnham - Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center, a 120 bed State Veterans Home located in Radcliff, Kentucky.
CSM Darieus ZaGara - Not so. Maybe Old Soldiers Home is a 'bland name' but there are thousands of small veterans homes that take those dollars and put them to good use - many may only have 15 or 20 bedrooms.
