Are you suggesting I am a pathological liar saying you can do it? And doing ninja yoga everyday is the ticket ??

T-Bends with dumbbells (10-15lb)
Step Ups with dumbbells (10-15lb)
Elevated Pistol Squat (like pic) but don't use a kettle bell to start!

You can work to it over 1-3 weeks, depending on your balance and flexibility.

My orthopedic doctors at the VA have told me that the most destructive exercise I could possibly do or have done are deep squats of any type. Say goodbye to your knees! If you want an impossible exercise, try an extended press-up. Best exercise? Planks!

I would bust my rear end if I tried that on a kettle bell. It is an awesome exercise.
