I have awards from 3 different uniformed services and its confusing to me unless I use the precedence of awards in the awards manual.
This mess on his shirt is much too hopeless to comment with what’s correct and what’s wrong. Obviously a poser…

Two National Defense ribbons.
The Navy Seal pin is too small?
Is that an Air Force BMT ribbon I see on the bottom rack?
I dont know about Navy Uniform regs, but, isnt the crease supposed to go through the center of the breast pocket?
Lots and lots of strings.
Last I checked, ribbon racks are three across (with some exceptions).
With all that... you'd think that you could at least straiten everything up and center everything

Some Marines can wear awards 4-wide. The only official policy Ive found stated, in a rather vague manner, that "When individual has a significant amount of total ribbons". I gathered that this total amount should be 19 or more, preventing the height to remain a max of 6 rows but not 7. I welcome anyone who has more specific info on that to post it here. Im sure that the general overall size of the individual and thus size of shirt/coat its being worn on would have relation to this. To be clear, I am NOT talking about the USMC Service A Jacket (olive green) doing the Left Flush thing. Im only focusing on a "Centered brick".
And just out of curiosity, since now some of you ARE thinking about that Left Flush bit...I'm wondering...When you got most of that flushed left and your single senior-most award would go on top of all of that, does that award also get pushed far left, or can it be centered on the row right below it? I think I have seen it both ways. Of course, a rather tall-lanky-slender type doing a Left Flush would make their stack grow vertically faster because they may not have the body width to even fit more than maybe the bottom 1-2 rows as 3 wide.

Short answer? Everything...
Too many ribbons across (Navy only does 3), ribbons are all kinds of in the wrong order, and the SEAL insignia is a miniature (aka wrong size).
I've seen the pic of this guy online and he's all kinds of jacked up AND is impersonating and officer (he's wearing Ensign bars).

Air Force is three across as well unless you are stacked and then it's offset so they don't touch the collar.

1- what's that yellow one he has before the Silver star??
2- (2) NDSMs?? (and one apparently outranks the other)
3- Do I really need to point out how many are out of order? (he must be a hell of a good shot....his rifle marksmanship ribbon apparently outranks the combat action ribbon)
4- Why did the Army give him an overseas ribbon??
5- finally - the crease in his shirt isn't centered on the pocket.

First off this individual has no idea what branch of service they are serving.
1. The ribbon in the senior position is the Marine Corp Reserve Medal, wrong
2. The Meritorious Unit Commendation is in the 3rd senior position, wrong
3. 2 National Defense Service Medal, wrong. 1 more senior than the other, wrong,
3. Navy Pistol and Rifle are wrong
4. The Seal Trident should be the Large Trident this one should be worn with miniature medals.
I hope this is a joke because this person is a real dirtbag!

Okay first, I know that the Marine Corps reserve ribbon (the gold and red trim) isn't higher than a silver star. With that, that ribbon was issued between 1945 to 1965. So I really doubt the guy was in the Navy and Marine Corps between that time, then deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. What a jack ass.

Since he looks about 18, I don't think his dad was even born in the window for that ribbon. D-bag.

He means the POS didn't even know what ribbons to get, he/she must have been drunk at the time.
