With all the rhetoric about Russian collusion and no evidence at the present to validate the accusations.

1. Exactly what does Russia gain with a Trump Administration that affects our National Security? Foreign interference is common in elections even by the U.S.

2. Why do you believe the Trump administration would conspire with Russia?

3. Do you believe Vice President Pence or Congress would go along with this idea?

My fellow veterans and current members of the combined Armed Forces of the United States: I am so sorry to tell you or remind you that we are just pawns of the super-rich. Our lives have as much value to them as that of a mop or a broom. And unfortunately for the entire country, they rule and they will keep ruling until the masses rise against them. The pitchforks are coming???!!!

I think Trump would if he got something out of it. The man cares for no one but himself and his family. Now, there are others in the Administration - for now! - who would stand up for America and have been trying to counteract this menace when possible.

When a parent deliberately endangers their child to commit a federal crime, would you ordinarily tell them that this was justified? This all comes back to the incorrect notion that these illegal aliens have some sort of right to come here without permission. They don't.
If we cannot control our nation's borders, we don't have a country. Some of us believe that we should not worry about national boundaries any longer. I disagree. We must control our national boundaries and citizenship, or we will lose control of our homes and everything else.
Who pays for all of these proposed services and benefits? If you want to do that, to pay benefits to illegal aliens, then write them a check from your own account. I give generously to charity, but we give to the causes that my family supports. It is NOT my government's job to take my resources to pay off groups on behalf of a political party.

MSgt David Hoffman - His playing chicken with Kim, regardless how it turns out. The constant denigrating of our allies. You think we can operate economically and politically without allies? His constant attempts to degrade our freedoms. The press as 'enemies of the people' for one. His obsession with rolling back Obama directives, especially environmental ones. Want more?

MAJ Hugh Blanchard - How is an asylum seeker 'endangering' their child? You can declare that these asylum seekers are just people looking for a free ride here, but have you been in their countries? What would you do if you had been born there instead of the good fortune of being born American? I am not advocating for open borders or the loosening of our immigration laws. But, why are we even prosecuting these people? If they crossed illegally, send them back! Why put them in jail, where we have to pay to guard, feed, even clothe them! If they appeared at a border crossing to seek asylum, just how is that breaking laws?

Dear SPC Wynn,
I've served and worked in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Mid East, and visited South America and the Caribbean. Yes, I've seen why people want to come to the United States. But we cannot just open the gates and let everyone indiscriminately enter our country or we won't effectively have a country any longer. I agree that we should send the illegals back immediately rather than imprison them. But so-called "immigration activists" have made that a difficult and much more expensive process. They want the illegal aliens all released so they can disappear into the underground and await amnesty.
Going to a border crossing to seek asylum is not illegal. But the asylum-seeker must wait for their case to be heard. Unfortunately the great majority of illegal aliens do not come to a border crossing point and request asylum. Mostly they cross illegally into America, usually via hiking through dangerous wild terrain or trying to hide in cramped and over-heated hiding spaces in motor vehicles or trains. That's a federal misdemeanor offense the first time, and a federal felony every time thereafter.
If someone brings their child along on a dangerous trek through the desert without food or adequate water, or in a dangerous over-heated smuggler's vehicle, that's child endangerment. The people smugglers often "assemble" families of unrelated people to game the system and try to get a child into the country so they can drag in others on a false claim of familial relationship.

Dear SSgt Hamilton,
Wrong again. President Obama's administration was far from "scandal free". We can discuss that in a separate conversation.
President Obama in his eight years more than doubled the national debt under his watch, from $9 Trillion to over $19 Trillion. And his "progressive" policies crippled American business.
Interesting to note that we've gained 40% in the stock market since President Trump's election. Please understand that 70%+ of American families are invested in our stock market, so this huge increase in stocks benefits over 70% of Americans, not just a few.
Also please note that African-American and Hispanic unemployment are at their lowest levels in more than 15 years. The Democrat Party "progressive" economic policies seriously damaged the very people they have claimed to help for many years.
Why do you think that the "Blue Wall" (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin) turned Red in 2016? Because the Democrat Party had sold out the American industrial workers to China for decades...
There's no Russian Collusion excuse for Ms. Clinton losing the election. She was a falsely arrogant idiot and a bad choice. That's why she lost.

I mean if you're asking me if I believe he would, I wouldn't put it past him. I'm not fully on the Russian bus yet but to simply play devils advocate.

1. What WOULDNT Russia gain from having a puppet president?
2. If he did conspire with Russia, I believe he did it for two reasons. One being that he has historically shown he doesn't care for other people and will step over anyone to get what he wants. I believe the second reason would be that he simply just didn't know he couldn't.
3. I don't believe Pence or Congress would go along with colluding.

Utter nonsense. You keep playing the standard "progressive" cards...it's the NRA, it's the Republicans, it's racism... Saul Alinski would be proud of you. And you are always wrong. Let's see something other than your baseless accusations.
The NRA does not have any connection with Russia. The NRA does not take money from Russia. Many of our members are veterans who served against Russia, including me.
You would cite "Bettina", an accused Russian spy, as a source for allegations against the NRA and its members? On what basis? Sad...you'll cite any false charges against your fellow Americans and your fellow veterans to try to make points for your failed political philosophy.

SSgt Cynthia Hamilton - We should be careful with defining "Russians". AMCITS living in Russia are just AMCITs. Non-AMCITs would be illegal, but the article is vague in its usage of "about 23 Russians, or Americans living in Russia". There may be more current dialogue that clears it up. We don't know what SC knows; only what the media reports. https://www.npr.org/2018/04/11/601534305/nra-in-new-document-acknowledges-more-than-20-russian-linked-contributors

Its not how many, but rather HOW MUCH. 30 million is the number I've been hearing. Keep tuned in to the Butina trial. And I'm not talking AmCits, I'm talking Derapaska style Oligarchs intent on taking your country as they injured our embassy folks in Cuba, same time frame. Russia is NOT our damn friend.

SO far. It's legal maneuvering to get him to flip. I think Manafort wont flip though because he really knows how bad the Russians will go after him if he does.

SSgt Hamilton, Still pushing the same false nonsense in every conversation? And it's the same baseless nonsense it has been from the start. Mr. Mueller has nothing, and alleged crap from 2005 has nothing to do with the election that Hillary LOST in 2016.
Hillary LOST, LOST, LOST...poor babies, grow up and understand reality.
Your Socialist Princess Hillary will NEVER be President...NEVER!!!

I was an enlisted soldier and NCO before I earned my commission. So far there has been nothing from Mueller and his Democrat prosecutor team that shows any Americans were involved knowingly in any "collusion" with the Russians. By the way, "collusion" is NOT a crime except in certain anti-trust statutes, which don't apply in this case. If you haven't already, look up some of the postings that the Russians supposedly entered into social media to influence our election. They were pathetically simplistic phrases like "Stand up for American rights." It's very hard to believe that what the Russians allegedly posted could have any influence on how Americans voted, much less have swung all of the Rust Belt states to Trump. Clinton lost because she ran a lousy campaign, the "conspiracy with Russians" is an endless attempt at a face-saving excuse for her upset loss.

I believe as the evidence comes out it will be known beyond a shadow of doubt it was the previous administration guilty of colluding with the Russians to enrich themselves. I am concerned about the people at the top of the FBI, DOJ and State Dept going along with the previous administration to cover up the crimes I believe were committed.
They never expected anyone to be in the White house other than Hillary Clinton.

1. Russia has a lot to gain from having access to our national security services... This isn't to say they currently have access or will in the future but come on, don't act like Russia wouldn't profit off a stooge in the white house.
2. It all depends on what you consider selling out. I truly believe he doesn't make every decision with the best interest of the people in mind. On the flip side I don't think he will give Putin our launch codes. So it depends on where the line is drawn for selling out.
3. I believe its very easy for second in commands to be left out of the loop on every decision.

I'd like to add another question though. Why not apply the same level of doubt and investigation to this president that was applied to presidencies in the past? Our elections are supposed to be a sacred process which is why voter fraud is investigated to all ends, the people running should be held to a higher standard than those voting for them, and things like how Clinton came to possess the dossier as well as possible ties to Russian oligarchs with trump should be, at the very least, looked at. Its like they saying goes, if you have nothing to hide you've got nothing to fear.

The dossier originated with Hillary's failed campaign who paid Christopher Steele, a fired British spy who is a self-admitted Trump hater, and Fusion GPS, a Democrat-hired "campaign research" firm.
