Force Management System Web Site
I have read about it here on RallyPoint a few times and just got my access today. Had I of realized how easy it was, I would have had it long before now. All you have to do is go to the site, put in your security manager data, and you get instant access, or at least I did. Here is the link to it for anybody that would be interested in this awesome tool

Just click on login, then enter your security manager info.

I've been on FMSWeb for a long time, it is a vital tool for S1/G1 staff. It helps provide understanding for Duty Positions, why we slot people, how we build requisitions, etc...It also helps me explain to the leadership why, no matter how high speed a Soldier in another unit is, if we don't have an authorization for their particular MOS, we can't bring them to the unit. It also helps cut down on the over inflated additional duty positions that somehow morph into full time positions that have the command believing HRC will send a backfill for that person!

I have used fmsweb and S1net for a couple of years now. Both are invaluable tools for Soldiers. I even brief my Soldiers on the vast benefits from using the site.

I love the FMS web tool. I think this yet another great way for all leadership to be able to understand, articulate things, and broaden their abilities and knowledge!
