Force Management System Web Site

I have read about it here on RallyPoint a few times and just got my access today. Had I of realized how easy it was, I would have had it long before now. All you have to do is go to the site, put in your security manager data, and you get instant access, or at least I did. Here is the link to it for anybody that would be interested in this awesome tool

https://fmsweb.army.mil/unprotected/splash/

Just click on login, then enter your security manager info.

I've been on FMSWeb for a long time, it is a vital tool for S1/G1 staff. It helps provide understanding for Duty Positions, why we slot people, how we build requisitions, etc...It also helps me explain to the leadership why, no matter how high speed a Soldier in another unit is, if we don't have an authorization for their particular MOS, we can't bring them to the unit. It also helps cut down on the over inflated additional duty positions that somehow morph into full time positions that have the command believing HRC will send a backfill for that person!

I have used fmsweb and S1net for a couple of years now. Both are invaluable tools for Soldiers. I even brief my Soldiers on the vast benefits from using the site.

I love the FMS web tool. I think this yet another great way for all leadership to be able to understand, articulate things, and broaden their abilities and knowledge!

The "FMSweb" usually refers to the Army Force Management System Website, a tool used by the U.S. Army for managing and organizing its forces. It's a database that provides extensive information about the U.S. Army's structure, organization, and current status.

Best, https://paperwritingwebsites.blogspot.com/!

Is there a way to edit/adjust units structure ? Unit wise it shows me having 2 truck platoons but realistically and geographically we have 4 platoons. I have two detachments. That's why I'm asking.

One of my colleagues just asked me how to use FMSweb to pull up the list of soldiers that are inbound to your unit. Is that one of the functions in FMSweb? I've only used it to pull up my unit's authorizations. Thank you advance.

I've been trying to get onto FMS web for a few days, and the website will not load on my computers, or on my colleague's computers. Does anyone know of any other place to get a copy of a future MTOE? If not, does anyone know who to contact regarding when the website will come back up?
