Am I to understand that you have a P3 profile in one branch of the military and tried to transfer to another branch and MEPS stopped it?

It was 1998, I was 22 years old e4, 4 years into a rare Sam Sea Air Mariner USNR Enlistment( that does not have medical insurance options at that time or any other full time benefits that a regular FFG crew member would have) recruited to allow me to attend college to commission as an officer. The p3 illness started when after bootcamp (where I was meritoriously advanced paygrade e1 e2) then started attending college to be an officer, was dual hatted(something none of the other sailors on the ship had to deal with that a SAM enlistment would make one have to stress on), made to qualify in all deck department PQS personal qualification systems, assigned crew of a UIC 20967, OLIVER HAZARD PERRY, USS SIDES, FFG-14 where I got really ill, in deck, and applied for transfer to Army, which put me through a new fresh full recruit physical, including ASVAB, which all together took months, which I was told I failed, which alone shocked me into darkness confusion, that would not go away, and sent back to the ship with on further follow up. I dropped out of college unable to concentrate and was still assigned to the ship and just became numb confused. I just found congressional records that I was on a rare ship that was operating "test" to under-man by 20% compared fully manned ships of same FFG class. My position in this would explain the cause of such stress medical issues I was p3'd. I just found through FOIA, 2016, a few years ago that there was a separate medical records at MEPS that permanently profiled me P3 for the same exact medical reasons I am on ssdi and service connected. There are about 15 plus years of no medical assistance benefits financial supports that a p3 would garner, as I basically lived in the streets struggling unable to adapt confused struggling unemployed unhoused as these medical issues really started to get worse. I am a patriot. I did my duty. Im just trying to find someone else this may have happened to. I am also not blaming anyone in current commands. Administrative mistakes are made. I lost my career in the Navy and in civilian life. I seek support to buffer me financially to improve me life for those years of no support.

To top it off my dad was later discovered to be a 18-20 years of age, Army 11 LIB Jungle Warrior 66-68. I am the son of a soldier who could not raise me due this service it was later discovered understood.

LTC Porter,

I have a difficult time getting to a place of peace when I lived and lost many years of service member benefits support due service members 3P Permanent Profile Medical Issues that became really chronic and landed me on disability for the same 1998 reasons. I recently figured out how to proceed self represented which showed me another side. I only seek out of the brotherhood that bonded us service members, accountability, more substantial support so I never have to worry again, and just heal.

I am the only case I know of such a 3P stopping a transfer and what happened compared to what should of happened administratively.
