So no visible rank insignia, but a thinking man would bet on the guy with two radios, the GPS and writing kit on his chest to be senior to the guy with '203 rounds on his chest.

Maybe the Lt was right and they were just off course by that much.

I was never lost! However, there were times when I didn't have the slightest idea where en route I was.
