My first question as an IT guy is "was the server cleared for top secret information?" If not, she should be nailed like anybody else for having classified material on an unclassified machine. It is called a SPILL. She should go to prison for it if that is the case just like any of the rest of us would.

I agree, but I think it will be swept under the Whitehouse rug. If her hubby can get away with what he did, they must have a lot of pull in Washington.

True. Of course look at what Obama is getting away with. There will be a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth but nothing will be done.

If I were to do what she did. I would lose my clearance, be fined up to 10,000 bucks and jailed. Not to mention fired from my job. I hope the investigation uncovers everything and she's held accountable. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll be that lucky.

The next question is where is the server she has been using located? Is it behind government firewalls? Who hosts the server? When are we going to start trying people for treason; namely sHRillary?

Considering I was in a unit where there were slinging nearly completed evals (with PII) around on personal emails, and wouldn't listen to their S-6 about not using yahoo.com or gmail.com for military stuff.....this is a yawner.

From what I understand, her e-mail account that she used was HACKED by a Russian who does hacking all of the time and has some weird pseudonym that he goes by. So let's see what develops then decide but even in the army we were told to use our AKO e-mail for official business.

When we report for duty, whether Active Duty or Civilian, there is always a checklist and setting up your email account is definitely a major part of that. Was it an issue of being able to say "no, I don't want one" and no one enforced the requirement? There shouldn't be any exception to proper, secure email communication for Government employees - regardless of party lines.

Here is the NY Times version - and they are not conservative. Now, how about looking at her White Water records, her Mena Airport connection (Operation Watchtower), and her commodity account trades that would have put anyone else in deep trouble? I have spent much of my life as a CPA doing a lot of taxes, and have never considered suicide because of client tax issues - why did Vince Foster, or did he? http://nyti.ms/1AScOvH

She has so many laws she has broken but never been held accountable - she created a huge issue in North Africa, she and her husband traipsed around the world collecting over $! Billion in donations for their charity - and the public still wants her as President? God help us all.
