How did you decide what picture of yourself to use?

I have noticed that quite a number of veterans and retirees use pictures of themselves in uniform. I understand that, as this is a military and veteran community.
That being said, when I made the decision on what picture to put up, I wanted a recent picture that shows what I look like now, since potential employers are looking at this.
So, if you decided on the old uniform, why don't you have a modern picture up?
Just for fun, I uploaded my Boot Camp graduation and Retirement photos...

1LT Sandy Annala thank you you made some thing feel like it was going to leak out of my eyes. lol..You were brave to join the military and to do what you do is just amazing. you risk your life every time you did nursing with catching something or someone hurting you each day that is brave. And also you have a beautiful heart to do it, So from the sounds of it you chose the picture you have up because men could also see your physical beauty to the eyes . My Grandma said beauty is as beauty does. You too chose this picture correct me if wrong but it shows your profession as well a loving nurse or dr.?
