Recently I've been hearing countless remarks, and seeing posts from soldiers and veterans alike. Down talking our commander in chief. How do you feel about this? Should this be allowed within our ranks? Does freedom of speech really play a part?

Our Oath of Enlistment states that we are to, "...support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;..."

The Democrats, and particularly Obuma and the Biden crime syndicate, have proven time and again that they are enemies of the USA and especially of the Constitution.

This is the government that our Founding Fathers warned us about and the reason that the Second Amendment was created.

Hopefully we'll remove most of this scum next month (early voting starts today!) and neuter #PedoHitlerBiden, by taking the majority in Congress.

Criticizing is elevated to a duty when POTUS becomes a clear and present danger to the country and our Constitution. You may well have a higher duty to render sacrifice.

We join the military to ensure our freedom. That includes our freedom of speech and freedom to speak our mind on politics, politicians etc. That would include EVERYBODY. However there are rules against protesting while in uniform. Taking signs bumper stickers etc to the work place should not be allowed since that would be like forcing your views on others where it don't belong. In the workplace. Especially if your a manager where subordinates might feel pressured into excepting your views. Name-calling and bashing are just immature and says a lot about you but also has no place at work. What you do or say away from work and not in uniform is your business.

CPO Mark Gallup My suggestion was if you're a manager NCO or Officer with people working under you and they see your personal political views on your bumper sticker they may feel they better conform to your way of thinking if they want to be on your good side and possibly advance in their career. No different than parents bitching about teachers posting their political or religious views in the classroom. But if you want to post your views on your bumper. No law or policy against it. You do you.

As controversial as politics is, people wearing the uniform past, present and future should refrain from public criticism. Otherwise, we may see another January 6th, hopefully not!

I believe the CIC still has to earn respect. If He violates the laws as some have done and even bragged about it, no respect is earned in my opinion. Obedience to a lawful order Is upholding the oath.

I kept my opinions to myself while I was active duty then later while a reservist.
I now reserve the right to express my First Amendment right to free speech, especially when elected officials deviate from what is expected of someone in a leadership position.

It is a sad state of affairs when the two dominant political parties no longer produce statesmen.

Now compare us in the U.S. to other countries. Now we can call our leaders all kinds of names threaten them. and try to harm them. But, overseas you even whisper anything bad about a leader or associates, you are marked for death, We in the U.S have talked bad about our leaders for centuries of taxes, prison reform, military tactics, veterans issues, I don't think we are going to change anytime soon.
