Since this is an enlisted soldier, I don’t believe policy has been violated. However, there are some army value violations here, which should definitely push off any thought of a promotion board.
It’s not our decision on any of those matters. We are all entitled to our own thoughts….. but if the government decides that war is what we’re going to do, then you had better be willing to kill or die for it.
I don’t know, maybe this is such a value violation that the Soldier needs to be chaptered out of the military.
I’m sure someone from Jag can weigh in on this

I’d say he’s no longer a Soldier. The Army went to OCPs long before Russia went into Ukraine.
This is either a prior Soldier or someone who bought an old uniform at mil-surplus. Either case, it doesn’t matter.

As a 20-year Navy Combat Veteran who served in several joint missions with other services I can say I would not want this coward anywhere near me or my brothers and sisters in arms. He/She/'they' are a danger to anyone around them. This person needs a discharge as not suitable and an RE4 so they can never work again for any company that holds a government contract.

When the mess with Syria started in 2013 a lot of servicemen from all branches were posting these all over social media. It didn't help when Obama came out with his "nothing is off the table" comment.
Anyways I hope my fellow troops don't end up in fighting in Ukraine. Even though if I was still active I'd go if order to.
Edit: OOOPPSS... I just looked at the date of this. Thought it was recent.

Pissed! Never do your politics in uniform. Never!! I don’t care what you say out of uniform, but you never ever do that in uniform!

If this is an active member of the army (101st Air Assault Patch) he has clearly violated his uniformed service oath, the regulations pertaining to political activities while in unform and the fact that he is paid a professional soldier. The days of the citizen soldier ended in 1973, since then we have been a VOLAR (Volunteer Army). I served under seven (7) Presidents, the Commander in Chief at the top of my chain of command. Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton all of whom have detractors and faults, some of whom are on lists of the worst President to occupy the White House. No matter, the President and Congress determines how, where and against whom the armed forces are deployed. As citizens we can use our rights to vote, support and donate to parties and individuals. Once out of the service we have the right to run for office, and all the other rights of a private citizen. If the soldier(?) can be identified, they should be prosecuted for their actions while in uniform.
